Terms
The short version: this website describes a service, and using the site or submitting an enquiry does not by itself create any agreement. These terms are written in plain language and apply to sitesorted.ca.
About the content
Pages on this site describe the Site Sorted service in general terms. They are provided for information, and while they are kept accurate and current, details can change. Nothing on this site is professional, legal or financial advice.
About the $599 offer
The $599 (CAD) price refers to a four-page website built to an agreed scope: up to four pages, mobile-friendly, with a contact/quote form, click-to-call phone link and standard SEO fundamentals. What "four pages" includes for a specific project is agreed before work begins.
Optional services — the Site Editor (+$200), hosting and basic support ($25/month), and domain or professional email help — are priced separately and are never required.
No guarantees on results
A website improves how a business is found and presented, but no honest builder can guarantee specific outcomes. Site Sorted does not guarantee search rankings, enquiry volumes, jobs won or revenue. Results depend on the business, its market and factors outside anyone's control.
Enquiries are not contracts
Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation; it does not reserve a build slot, create an obligation for either side, or form a service agreement. If we work together, the scope, price and timeline will be agreed directly in writing before any work begins. Those project agreements are separate from this website.
Intellectual property
The Site Sorted name, logo, page designs and text on this website belong to Site Sorted. Client websites are a different matter: finished client sites and their files belong to the client, as stated throughout this site.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to other websites (such as trade pages linking to examples or resources), those sites are not controlled by Site Sorted and no responsibility is taken for their content or practices.
Changes
Pricing, package details and page content may change over time. The version published here is the one that applies. If a change would affect a project already agreed, that project continues under the terms it was agreed on.
